There are three ways to do it!

2. Schedule an online meeting with us to go through your custom design.

3. Simply whatsapp us for your custom design here!

In general it ranges from 4 - 6 weeks depending on the complexity, involving 5 main steps :

Step 1: Quotation and Deposit (30% Deposit)

Step 2: Mark Up Preparation and Discussion (Around 1 - 2 weeks)

Step 3: If necessary, a plastic mould will be made (for ring only)

Step 4: Production 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the design

Step 5: Shipment through DHL or other couriers with insurance covered

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfers ( with 3% additional discount )

All our shipments are through either international couriers or appointed courier ( to Philippines and Indonesia ) and all parcels are secured by insurance.

Singapore : 1 - 2 Business Days

UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia : 2 - 3 Business Days

Philippines and Indonesia : 5 - 6 Business Days

Europe : 2 - 3 Business Days

Usually upon deposit we can send the ring sizer to your address to make sure the ring size is right, which is free of charge.

For Engagement Ring, we understand this may not be a feasible option, we will advice you separately on it.

We do expect some wear and tear if you wear our jewelry frequently! So we provide 3-Year Warranty on all our products. What it means? We cover any loose
