Order online — place your order directly through our website, or contact our sales team via Instagram or WhatsApp for help.

Order via WhatsApp — message us any time for a custom or standard order.

There are three ways to begin:

1. Submit your idea through our Customisation page.

2. Schedule an online meeting to discuss your design.

3. Simply WhatsApp us with your custom design idea.

Generally 4–6 weeks depending on complexity, across five main steps:

Step 1: Quotation & 30% deposit.

Step 2: Mark-up preparation and discussion (around 1–2 weeks).

Step 3: If needed, a plastic mould is made (rings only).

Step 4: Production (2–4 weeks, depending on the design).

Step 5: Fully insured shipment via DHL or another courier.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer (with an additional 3% discount for prepaid bank transfers).

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over HKD 15,000 qualify for complimentary shipping.

If your order exceeds HKD 15,000 and you are paying via deposit / partial payment, please apply code FREESHIP at checkout, or contact our sales team.

All shipments go via international couriers (or an appointed courier for the Philippines and Indonesia), and every parcel is fully insured.

Singapore: 1–2 business days

UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia: 2–3 business days

Philippines & Indonesia: 5–6 business days

Europe: 2–3 business days

Once your order is confirmed, we are happy to send you a complimentary ring sizer to your address, free of charge, so you can determine your exact size with confidence.

For engagement rings where this may not be feasible, we will advise you separately.

Simply use a soft tape to measure your wrist, and share the measurement with us.

Our showroom is located at Unit 1105, Hung Hom Commercial Centre Block B, 37 Ma Tau Wai Road, Hung Hom, Hong Kong. Appointments are welcome via Instagram or WhatsApp.
