Order Timeline
Every piece is individually handcrafted and set to order, then quality inspected in our Hong Kong atelier.

Delivery: 1–7 business days after dispatch, by fully insured DHL Express, depending on your destination. See section 03 for delivery times by country.
If you have a specific date in mind, tell us when you order and we will confirm whether it can be met.

Shipping Methods
We ship with DHL Express, fully insured. For your security, every shipment is insured in transit and a signature is required upon delivery.
Philippines: we ship through an appointed courier company — please contact our sales team for details.

Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee applies based on your destination.

Shipping is free on all orders over US$2,000, or the equivalent in your local currency. The waiver is applied automatically at checkout — no code is needed. If for any reason it is not applied to a qualifying order, enter the code FREESHIP at checkout and the fee will be removed.
Delivery times are for insured express courier after your piece is dispatched, and are additional to the production time in section 01. All prices and shipping fees are billed in your local currency.

Duties & Taxes
- Hong Kong and Singapore: taxes are included — nothing further to pay on delivery.
- GCC countries: import duties and taxes are calculated based on the shipment value. Please contact our sales team for further information.
- Other destinations: any import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
