Order Timeline
- Production: 18–23 business days. Every piece is individually handcrafted and set to order, then quality inspected.
- Shipping: 3–7 business days via secure, insured courier.
- Total estimated delivery: 21–30 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
We ship with trusted, fully insured carriers including FedEx, UPS and DHL. For your security, a signature is required upon delivery and every shipment is insured in transit.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders of HKD 15,000 or above qualify for complimentary insured worldwide shipping — apply code FREESHIP at checkout (one use per customer; assessed on the full order value).
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
