The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 18-23 Business Days.Note: Since every piece is individually handcrafted and set to order, please allow this time for production and quality inspection.
- Shipping time: 3-7 Business Days.Once your jewelry is ready, it is shipped via secure, expedited delivery.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 25-30 Business Days.
B. Shipping methods:
We use trusted, insured carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your valuable jewelry arrives safely. For security, a signature is required upon delivery.
C. Shipping fee:
For order below USD2500, the shipment charge will be USD100. For order above USD2500, we offer Complimentary (Free) Insured Shipping.
