Order Timeline
- Production: 15–25 business days. Every piece is individually handcrafted and set to order, then quality inspected in our Hong Kong atelier.
- Shipping: 3–7 business days via secure, fully insured courier.
- If you have a specific date in mind, tell us when you order and we will confirm whether it can be met.

Shipping Methods
We ship with trusted, fully insured carriers including FedEx, UPS and DHL. For your security, every shipment is insured in transit and a signature is required upon delivery.
Philippines: we ship through an appointed courier company — please contact our sales team for details.

Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee applies based on your destination:

| Singapore & Philippines | HK$500 (≈ S$85 / ₱4,000) |
| All other destinations | HK$1,000 (≈ AED 480 / QAR 480) |
The shipping fee is waived when your order value exceeds HK$15,000 — apply code FREESHIP at checkout (one use per customer; assessed on the full order value). Conversions are indicative; billing is always in HKD.

Duties & Taxes
- Hong Kong & Singapore: taxes are included — nothing further to pay on delivery.
- GCC countries: import duties and taxes are calculated based on the shipment value. Please contact our sales team for further information.
- Other destinations: any import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
