Step 02
Quotation
Once we understand your design direction, we prepare a quotation based on the complexity of the piece, selected materials, and overall specifications — ensuring complete transparency before moving forward.
Step 03
Preliminary stone selection
After the quotation is approved, we explore suitable stones — lab diamonds, natural diamonds, or coloured gemstones — chosen to align with the style, proportions, and character of your final piece.
Step 04
Deposit & production
A 30% deposit confirms the commission. Your piece then moves into creation — where craftsmanship, structure, and finishing are handled with close attention to detail to ensure a refined final result.
Step 05
Completion & delivery
Once your piece is completed, we prepare it for collection or worldwide delivery. Every bespoke creation is presented with care — making the final stage of the journey feel just as thoughtful as the design process itself.
