Lifetime Warranty

Every piece created by Infinite Gems Limited is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This covers structural integrity issues, setting faults, and production defects that arise under normal conditions of wear. Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

For the first year from the date of purchase, shipping for warranty service is on us — we cover both sending your piece to us and its return. After the first year, the warranty still applies, but the back-and-forth shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. This applies regardless of location.

Free Ring Resizing

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within ±2 sizes of the original size, valid within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Resizing beyond ±2 sizes, or requests made after 30 days, are subject to our standard service pricing. Please contact our sales team for a quote.

Tip: To avoid unnecessary resizing and shipping charges, we are happy to send you a complimentary ring sizer before your piece is made. Once you have confirmed your order, simply contact our sales team and we will ship one to you free of charge, so you can determine your exact size with confidence.

What Is Excluded from the Warranty?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The following are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear — prong wear, surface scratches, scuffs, and metal dulling that naturally occur with regular use
  • Accidental damage — knocks, bending, or breakage caused by impact
  • Loss or theft of the piece or any stones
  • Improper care — damage from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents
  • Third-party repairs or modifications carried out outside of Infinite Gems
  • General ageing — a piece worn daily for 2–3 years showing visible scratches alongside a loose prong would be assessed as a service case, not a warranty claim
