The quickest way to find your ring size at home is to measure a ring you already wear. Take a ring that fits the intended finger, measure the inside diameter in millimetres, and match it to the chart below. No ring to hand? Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure that length in millimetres — that is your circumference. If you are between sizes, size up. Method 1 — Request a ring sizer from us
The most accurate option needs no guesswork at all. Once your order is confirmed — or simply on request — we post you a complimentary ring sizer, free of charge, wherever we ship (allow about a week for delivery). Slide the adjustable band onto the finger, read the number where it sits comfortably, and send it to us; we craft your ring to exactly that size. If you are buying a surprise, this is the safest way to be certain — just ask our team and we will send one out.
Method 2 — Measure a ring you already own
This is the most accurate method you can do yourself at home, because a finished ring already accounts for a comfortable fit.
- Choose a ring that fits the finger you are buying for.
- Measure the inside diameter — edge to edge across the middle — with a ruler in millimetres.
- Find that diameter in the conversion chart below to read your US, UK and EU size.
Measure two or three times and take the average; even half a millimetre can shift a size.
Method 3 — Measure your finger with paper or string
- Cut a thin strip of paper (or use a piece of string) about 10 cm long.
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger — where the ring will sit — and mark where it overlaps.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. That figure is your circumference.
- Match the circumference to the chart below.
Keep the strip firm but not tight — you should be able to slide it off over your knuckle.

Five tips for an accurate measurement
- Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest — never first thing in the morning or straight after exercise.
- Mind the temperature. Fingers shrink in the cold and swell in the heat; measure at normal room temperature.
- Account for your knuckle. If your knuckle is much wider than the base of your finger, size to slide comfortably over the knuckle, then choose the smaller of the two readings.
- Wider bands feel tighter. For bands 6 mm and wider, or for an eternity ring worn every day, consider sizing up by a quarter to half size.
- Match the finger and the hand. Your dominant hand is often half a size larger, and every finger differs — always measure the exact finger the ring is for.

How do I measure my ring size at home?
The most reliable way is to measure a ring that already fits the intended finger: take its inside diameter in millimetres and match it to a conversion chart. If you have no ring to measure, wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of your finger, mark the overlap, and measure that length in millimetres to get your circumference. What is the most common ring size?
For women, the most requested sizes sit around US 6 to 7 (EU 52–54; UK L½–N½), and for men around US 9 to 10 (EU 60–62; UK R½–T½). These are averages only — actual sizes vary widely with build and finger shape, so they should never replace a real measurement. What if I am between two ring sizes?
Always size up. A ring that is a touch loose can be worn comfortably and, if needed, adjusted; a ring that is too tight is uncomfortable and difficult to remove. This is especially true for wider bands and full eternity rings, which sit more snugly than a thin solitaire and often warrant an extra quarter to half size. If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, choose a size that slides over the knuckle without forcing, then sits securely at the base. When unsure, request our complimentary ring sizer before we begin crafting.
Do you offer resizing if the ring does not fit?
Yes. Because every piece is handcrafted to order in your chosen size, most rings fit correctly the first time. If an adjustment is still needed after delivery, we offer a ring size amendment service — contact our team and we will advise on the process and any applicable charge for your design. Certain settings, such as full eternity rings and some pavé bands, have limited resizing range by construction, so for those we recommend confirming your size carefully up front, or using the free ring sizer we provide once your order is placed.
How do international ring sizes convert?
Ring sizing systems differ by country: the US and Canada use numbers, the UK and Australia use letters, and Europe (and much of Asia) uses the ring’s circumference in millimetres. Because they all describe the same physical ring, any size can be converted using inside diameter or circumference as the common measure. If you only know your size in one system, tell us and we will craft accordingly; if you know the millimetre measurement, that is even better. When ordering from Singapore, the UAE, Qatar, the Philippines or beyond, you never need to convert yourself — just share what you have.
